Articles of Impeachment Against Joseph Robinette Biden

 

 

WHEREAS, the Constitution of the United States requires the President to swear or affirm an oath to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States," and

 

WHEREAS, Joe Biden proposes placing the United States in a United Nations "Paris climate accord" treaty, and

 

WHEREAS, Joe Biden is using Executive Orders to impose as the functional equivalent of law portions of a "Green New Deal" that are too radical to be approved by Congress, and

WHEREAS, the Constitution does not give the President the power to enter the United States into treaties without the consent of two-thirds of the Senate, and

WHEREAS, the Constitution does not give the President the power to make up and enforce his own laws without the consent of Congress, and

WHEREAS, these acts openly defy the Constitution, and

WHEREAS, these acts openly violate Biden's sworn oath to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States," and
 

WHEREAS, the impeachments of Bill Clinton and Donald Trump established that violation of oath of office is an impeachable offense, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, that Joseph Robinette Biden, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.

 

I, the undersigned patriot and citizen, affirm these charges and support the impeachment and removal of Joseph Robinette Biden.
